For whatever reason, though I have frequently mentioned the site I kept forgetting on here to "officially" review ClickOrSignup, which is the sister site to DollarClickOrSignup which has been here on the site for months. DollarClickOrSignup has paid me twice now, so ClickOrSignup qualifies also as a paying site.
ClickOrSignup is more of a general GPT site though there is PTC on the site as well. It also has a monthly jackpot and occasional trivia as does DCOS.
UPDATE 03/02/2013: A lot of changes here since I last updated this entry. Cashout is now $1 via PayPal, with payments daily. Cashout also available at $10 for Wal-mart gift card or check, or $5 via Amazon gift certificate. The site now has one referral level of 25%, and is now open to members in the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
