I needed another GPT site to work on like I needed a hole in my head (LOL), but I recently joined GPTCashCow, mainly based on the excellent reputation of owner Reagan (who owns several other respected GPT sites as well).
Reagan, along with some assistance from the owner of the DealBarbie network of sites, is the extremely generous site owner who bailed out Pirate's Riches after its sudden closing and resulting problems with many unpaid members, and has been seeing to it that those members got paid - thus I am including GPTCashCow (and now, thanks to Reagan, Pirate's Riches) in the Sites That Pay category because of this and due to the fact that I know dozens and dozens of other members, longtime and not, of this site who have gotten paid consistently and consistently have had great experience with sites under Reagan's ownership and management.
I have been seeing GPTCashCow around forever and have always thought this site cute anyway - I love the little cows and the milkshakes and all the other neat stuff - I just hadn't signed up because I already had plenty of sites I was working on, but now I have!
GPTCashCow gives you five referral levels (20%, 5%, 2%, 1% & 1%), is another site that makes use of promo codes and has many contests, and has PTC on site (lots of it) with an ongoing PTC contest (always love those). They also have a monthly jackpot.
Payment at GPTCashCow is available by PayPal and Amazon or Wal-Mart gift card
UPDATE 08/31/2009: The site is also now paying $0.25 per referral when your referral has their first offer approved.
UPDATE 11/04/2009: GPTCashCow changed to weekly payments this fall after a trial run of daily payments. New cashouts will still be paid on a Net 30 basis - you must request by the 30th of the month to be paid by the 30th of the next month.
UPDATE 06/27/2010: GPTCashCow has returned to monthly payments on a Net 30 basis.
Membership here is available to those in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and in the Bahamas. GPTCashCow has been awarded the Diamond Seal of Approval from BeenPaid.com.
Feel free to check it out and join GPTCashCow today!
UPDATE 03/02/2013: This site has closed.

You just got yourself your second referral there! And I agree with you, I should be cutting back on site and not steadily signing up. Ha.
I've also heard great things about Reagan which put this site on my "Must Join" list.
Love the blog, btw!
Thanks Jessica! I read yours every day as well, appreciate so much what you do for others dealing with this industry!
I'm looking forward to working on this one strictly based on Reagan's excellent reputation (and the awesome way she handled things with the PR mess). With it being a $20 minimum site, I might not have signed up... but based on all of that great stuff, I want to make an effort @ GPTCC just because she's such a great and honest admin.
Thanks again for the note - always great to hear from you! Have a terrific week & hope you make lotsa spare change this month. :)
I personally prefer SunnySideCash because the site is so “User Friendly” and is easy on the eyes. Love the Members Area (get all your balances & stats in an easy to use interface not found on other Shiftcode style GPT sites).
Admins are Super Nice and answer most questions in about 20 minutes, not hours or days like other sites.
Looking for a Great GPT site that Pays, try SunnySideCash.com or DBP!
Also try FireHouseOffers, a cool site that I don’t belong to, but hear great things about in all the forums.
I'm sure SunnySide is a good site, I'm not really looking to pick up more general GPT sites tho, but thanks.
And though I don't know if you meant the comment about waiting days for replies towards the site that's the subject of this post, but Reagan has been nothing but wonderful (and has bailed out sites in trouble and paid their members when they otherwise would not have been paid) on more than one occasion, and I've never waited for a response from her when I've contacted her more than a few minutes.
Again, I'm sure those sites are great, but not looking to pick up further general GPTs at present. (And if you read the blog you'd know I've been a member of DBP for over a year). But thanks for stopping by and commenting.
